Big Valley has deep relationships with design partners both locally and from the front range. Throughout the design process, we’ll solidify scope, aesthetics, functionality, and budget. Big Valley has the knowledge and mountain experience to provide feedback when it matters most.
03 Plan & Build
Once the design is established, we finalize pricing, selections, schedules, and construction documentation. We’ll also manage permitting and approvals so your project is ready to move seamlessly into construction. This is the exciting phase when you can begin to see your project becoming your home.
Our experienced team will bring your vision to life with a focus on superior craftsmanship, communication, and accountability. From groundbreaking through completion, we’ll manage every detail while keeping you informed along the way.
04 Support
As construction concludes, we’ll complete final inspections, walk through the home together, and ensure every detail meets our standards before welcoming you home. We are your neighbors in the community and our relationship doesn’t end at move-in. We stand behind our work with ongoing warranty service and continued support, giving you confidence long after your home is complete.
