Our Story
Established in 2000, Troy and Rob Neiberger created Big Valley Construction as two Colorado natives invested in building the future of Grand County.
Building from the Neiberger legacy, the company has become much more diverse, serving our clients in custom homes, commercial projects, mixed-use developments, multi-family residential, and site development projects. Over the years, our leadership has evolved to our employee-owners, but Troy and Rob remain actively engaged.
Today, Big Valley remains committed to our community partnerships and the “Big Valley Way” built by our founders. Our standards for safety excellence, a culture of quality & craftsmanship, absolute schedule reliability, and budget transparency have been steadfast, but we have evolved our processes to support these outcomes with industry-leading technology.
Big Valley continues to be a leader in custom residential & commercial construction in Grand County and our focus will always be building exceptional projects, enduring relationships, and a reputation for being a true partner to our clients, designers, and trade partners.
